Moved and Snowed In

After many weeks and countless lost hours of sleep, the boxes have left the apartment!! Mark arrived with all his most valued possessions at 4:30am Friday morning... We finished organizing the boxes and other random articles by 6am and the alarm to get up for work went off at 7am... I rolled out of bed and begrudgingly left for that morning at 8am, leaving Mark to finish taping up the boxes and waiting for the movers.
They arrived at 3:30pm and took the millions of books in my possession to be portaged across the Atlantic Ocean. When I took this picture at 7pm-ish, Mark and I were running on pure adrenaline, as you can clearly see!!
We spent Saturday doing NOTHING! No phones were answered, PJs were worn all day, and left over pizza from the night before was the staple diet.
Since we'd spent the whole day indoors on Saturday, we neglected to notice the snow that had been steadily falling all night. By the end of Sunday this is what we returned to after the Carols by Candlelight service.

It was not an easy task to find a parking spot and Mark certainly did NOT attempt to drive back in this weather!

Too bad there aren't Snow Days for the non-school board ages :P
