Merry Christmas!!!

I hope everyone is having a safe and fabulously relaxing holiday! I decided that this was the year I was going to attempt to bake... I did NOT burn down the kitchen, not even close. I even had to make more ;)
This time of year has always been a time of reflection for me. This season, more than ever I think back to times with friends and family, at the moment most of whom are either a great distance away or are no longer on this plain of existence. I give thanks for modern modes of transportation and communication! It is also a time to ignore as much of the pressure to fall into the pit of commercialism that has become the 21st century "Christmas". Each year I take the time to look to the less fortunate and support local charities and causes. I encourage all of you to do the same.
**HAPPY HOLIDAYS**

Look I made a blinkie!!

Let me know what you think :P

Holidays Have Begun

I know that my brief holidays have begun since I'm going to bed at 2am, getting up at noon and doing cross stitch all day: BLISS! Ironically this has nothing to do with the fact that we just got hit with 41cms of snow (which still hasn't been cleared from the roads…)
One of the many concerts I sang for this season was the CBC Sing In. Anyone around the world can hear it on the CBC website. If you want some great Christmas music on Christmas day go to CBC at 8:05am (Radio 1) or 6:05pm (Radio 2).

IT'S OVER!!!

Classes, Exams and Papers are ALL DONE! It feels nice to finally breath again... I did my last exam this morning. It was the scariest of all due to the fact that it's worth 50% of my mark :S And I finished my last paper five minutes ago (complete nonsense, but it'll have to do). Tomorrow is reserved specifically for SLEEP!!! Pure, unadulterated sleep (and maybe some cross stitch if the spirit moves me) WUHOO!!!!

No Search Warrants Necessary!

Yes I'm still alive!!! I've been getting concerned messages from people asking if I'm still on the face of the planet, well I'm still here!!! I've been in five concerts, finished two papers and have written three of five exams in the last two weeks... I'm a little tired and strung out. I fully understand the term "running on fumes"!
I managed to have a couple of friends over for a nice, relaxing dinner in the middle of all this chaos. We ruthlessly complained about everything known to man over a couple of bottles of wine. It was perfect therapy!!
Now I have to find the time and the energy to study for my last two exams and write a ten page paper :S *Breath* It’s all over by Thursday and then I can look forward to seeing my sistor and her family for Christmas WUHOO!!
